SNOVERIT

I heard a name for this second storm from someone to be SNOVERIT. I am totally there. We have too much snow. WAY too much snow. The first storm ended on Saturday evening. The good news is that my parents got their power back after about 14 hours. The bad news is we did not get plowed until mid day Tuesday. About one hour before snow started following again.

We hear on the TV we got 19 new inches of snow. Hard to tell between the 33+ already on the ground and the wind blowing everything around. Schools, including day care are closed until Tuesday (Monday they were closed for Presidents Day anyway). So we have all been home, with no school and limited work ability since 2pm on Friday. You can guess the level of stir craziness here.

Today, Sadie is running wild. Jumping around, yelling loudly, singing, dancing.... Just an overload of unused energy. Ryan is trying really hard to walk. He is standing for a good 20 seconds without holding on. He is crawling up steps and playing with anything he can get to.
